As a founder, Jean Kircher, insisted on “living bread” or “bread that has a life”, they bake all the high quality bread by hand respecting the nature and the ingredients.
They use mainly untouched Spelt wheat that is very close to it’s origin to bring out it’s strong body and rich flavor.
