They don’t put any additives at all and only use traditional French wheat “Fine Tradition T-65”.
Since it is coarsely grounded compared to regular wheat (such as T-45), it still retain plenty of minerals in the outer skin and the germ. So, we can say it is similar to whole wheat bread.
